Abstract

Due to diversity of philosophical theories and necessity of their correlation the principal role for the dynamics of knowledge is played by the special type of interaction, that is formed inside philosophical community. The specific of philosophical communication is first of all connected with the recognition of existential conditioning of knowledge, conducted by its participants. Undoubtedly the recognition of knowledge’s value in this or other way is present in the work of any scientific community, but in philosophy it gains special importance. Communication is a condition of philosophy’s positive dynamic in all its spheres. In the article this thesis is validated on the example of historical experience of the Department of Theory of Knowledge of Russian Academy of Sciences, the 40th anniversary of which is celebrated in 2018. During the co-work of the Department’s members the discrepancies in their conceptual positions retreated, and the attentive relation to other, sometimes opposite, views prevailed. The author recalls how the members of the Department communicated, even if they stood on different philosophical attitudes, how attentively they listened to each other’s arguments, not backing away from their own views. To prove this position the author also relates on the experience of conference’s preparations on the base of the Department of Theory of Knowledge.
